As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a digital course on our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the refund rules outlined below.


Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are entitled to a full refund exclusively under the following two circumstances:

Course Not Assigned

If the purchased course is not assigned to your account within the expiration date calculated from your initial date of purchase due to a technical error on our end.

Duplicate Payment

If you have accidentally paid twice for the exact same course. We will verify the duplicate transactions and immediately process a refund for the extra payment.

Strict No-Refund Policy

Under any other circumstance, we will not consider any requests for a refund.

Because our platform offers digital educational courses, the knowledge and materials are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned." Once you have purchased and been granted access to a course, the transaction is considered final. We highly recommend reviewing the course syllabus, free previews, and prerequisites carefully before making a payment.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your account or discontinue the use of our services at any time.
  • Cancelling your account does not entitle you to a refund for past purchases, nor does it relieve you of the obligation to pay any pending installments if you have opted for a payment plan.
  • Priyeshsir Vidhyapeeth reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account without notice if we detect a violation of our Terms and Conditions, including unauthorized sharing of account credentials or piracy of course materials. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

How to Request an Eligible Refund

If your situation falls strictly under the "Course Not Assigned" or "Duplicate Payment" scenarios, please initiate a refund request by contacting our support team.

Send an email outlining your issue with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".

Provide Proof

Attach screenshots of your bank statement showing the duplicate charge, or your order receipt showing the purchase date.

Processing Time

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
